Bookings
We accept bookings by telephone, email or online and are subject to the following terms and conditions, if you have any questions regarding the following conditions please feel free to contact us.
7 days notice prior to the date of stay is required for any cancellation, modification or shortening of the booking,
You are advised to take out travel insurance against cancellation.
Persons can only make bookings over the age of 18yrs, this person will be deemed responsible for their party and all members therein. The booking is valid only for those named at the time of the booking and may not be transferred or re-sold.
Damage and Breakage
We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, for any items discovered missing after you depart or for the cost of the room for any time period for which it is considered un-usable due to damage. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/ credit card used to secure the booking.
Smoking Policy
We are a No Smoking establishment. If we find that guests have been smoking in the room, or anywhere on the premises, then we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately. You will remain liable for the whole of the cost of your stay. Whether or not you are asked to leave, we also reserve the right to charge a sum equivalent to one night’s stay if we are unable to re-let the room for 24 hours whilst it is fully aired. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/ credit card used to secure the booking
Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Data
Any data collected as a result of your booking will be stored in accordance with the provisions of current Data Protection legislation.
Bicycles
We have limited outdoor storage for bicycles and this is only available via prior arrangement. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored in the house including bedrooms.
Takeaway food
Guests are requested not to take takeaway food into bedrooms.
Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed in bedrooms. This is for fire safety
Conduct
We strive to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Anybody on the property who behaves in a drunk, disorderly or abusive manner to any other guests or members of staff will be asked to leave immediately and will still be charged for the entire stay. We do not accept ‘Stag’ or ‘Hen’ groups or similar.
